He’s pretty reflective to nearly all wavelengths but in a diffuse (as opposed to specular manner), so he lights up any and all radar and IR sensors. But it’s not like a giant fanged AI is exactly stealthy so that’s alright.

I think Hangdogs have ablative skin, so it becomes powder when hit and obstructs lasers/bright light sources. HOWEVER, I think that it’s possible to induce shockwaves in the ablated material itself and cause damage that way? Hangdogs are flexible and probably resistant to shock wave damage but that’s another thing for me to consider.
