The One Minute War: Page G by turbofanatic The One Minute War: Page G by turbofanatic
Second to last comic page! One more, plus edits, words, and bonus work, then it's done! I think I will distribute the digital comic for free and create a few physical copies (perhaps with some extra stuff) for myself and to sell.

It's probably not going to make any sense, but hopefully it's interesting enough to make up for it.

SO COOL...This might be kind of an odd thing to comment on, but you did a great job with the subtle bulging and deformation of those ground-effect (?) cushions.  I want to know what the reflective panel is atop the tank turret--an anti-laser mirror??  You do such a fantastic job of depicting that vitreous, frozen surface substrate...Panel 5 totally looks like a linocut etching, like that Barlowe piece from "Alien Life of" depicting the black mass or whatever!

Thank you!

It's a big ol' antennae, designed to probe deeply into some weird phenomena and a mobile platform for communications during Aphelion. :D

And suddenly, giant tank.

I like the fact that it seems to have a corrugated, organic texture to its chassis, or at least parts of it. None of it looks 100% inorganic. The threads look intriguing, like it's either an air cushion vehicle or it moves with surface contractions like some kind of enormous snake. From the logos it seems to be ADA's in a way. What's the crazy stuff going on where the gun should be?

Also nice to see Babyface found a blanket :P

Anyways, excellent as always. I could stare at this for hours. It doesn't make too much sense, but heck, that's what makes it stand out so much.

It's so cryptic and awesome looking. I'm eagerly awaiting more of how this comes together. I probably said that already. I'm losing my mind.

These are so interesting to look at! I can't imagine how all this great stuff comes from one person.
I can't wait to see the final thing!
